1. Payment is due in full prior to order shipment. Orders paid by cheque or money order will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Orders over CDN$1500.00 require a 25% down payment with order and the balance paid prior to shipment.

2. The following taxes will be charged:

· Ontario Residents: 7% GST, 8% PST
· Atlantic Canada Residents: 15% HST
· All other Canadian Provinces: 7% GST
· USA/International Residents: None

3. Shipping and insurance charges are not included in our prices except where noted. Normal shipments for accessories are via CANPAR/Fedex ground, and engines via UPS ground. Shipping costs will be confirmed with customer prior to shipping. Prior to accepting shipment it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is received unopened and undamaged. Notify the shipping company at the time of delivery of any damage in the event an insurance claim is required.

4. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Should an item not be in stock, the customer will be notified by either phone or email with expected delivery times. Product demand and limited supply may at times result in delays. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and Great Northern Models assumes no responsibility for manufacturer issues.

5. General Return Policy - A defective product purchased from Great Northern Models may be returned within 30 dyas for replacement or refund. The item must be returned unused and in it's original packaging. Products can only be returned to Great Northern Models by contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number(RAN). Replacement or repair of products after 30 days from date of purchase is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

6. All aircraft kit and turbine engine sales are final. No returns unless authorized by Great Northern Models. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and are valid for store credit only.

7. All base pricing is in US dollars. Our online currency exchange calculator will provide an approximate cost of the item in the alternate currency selected. This will vary from the actual exchange price and is usually 2-4% below the actual exchange cost. We do not control how the calculator works, but have provided it as a convenience to our customers who wish to view pricing in their home currencies. All Canadian customers are billed in Canadian dollars. All US and foreign customers are billed in US dollars.
